All repairs and customizing are scheduled by appointment in order to return your saxophone to you as quickly as possible. The day you are scheduled is the day the work begins on your instrument. After completion of repairs or customizing, all instruments are played, tested then checked and adjusted for intonation (tone balancing).

1. goto our website and CLICK on Register Your Sax then supply the information ( Name, phone, Email and where you have Message, type your address/location and what you want us to do. e.g. servicing/repairs, customizing, buy or sale)
2.The Admin will process the request and send feedback to you as soon as possible which will include our Loction details , guide on how to send your horn, and our Acct details if need be.
3. Once that is done and we receive your sax , we ll work on it with speed n care . You ll get back your sax in 3-5days well sampled, balanced and beyond your expectation.
4. We give you a guarantee of 3yrs No scratch on your sax, Your tone will be well balanced.
5. If you want to buy any Instrument from us (used and brand New.), You still need to follow same procedures .

Care & Maintenance of the saxophone
- Brush your teeth before you play: This is particularly important if you’ve been taking in sugary food and drink. Sugar plus saliva makes for a nasty solution that accumulates on your pads and can cause them to stick, which is no fun when you’re rattling off inadvertent wrong notes.
- Never lift your saxophone from the keys or neck.
- Always swab your horn from the bell to the top.
- Don’t place your saxophone in a closed case after playing, as there will still be a little bit of moisture lingering in the horn.
- Always keep your mouthpiece in a bag; never place your mouthpiece directly in the accessory compartment of your case.
- Oil the Keys ( Key oil can be purchased at music stores).
- Always swab your horn from the bell to the top.
- Don’t use your padsaver as a swab: After a playing session, when the top of the horn is still wet and icky, pushing a pad saver down the body of the horn does nothing but spread that wet and ickiness throughout the sax – which is no good for your tone holes, and really just about any part of the horn. The pad saver is there to use only after the bulk of the moisture has been removed by a large cleaning swab.
- Take your instrument to Desaxdoctor once a year for a tune-up; if you play less often, this might not be necessary. Speak with your music teacher about setting up a tune-up schedule that works for you.

Privacy & Security: Your information remains exclusively with De SAX_DOCTOR. We do not rent or sell our customer's information or email lists to anyone for any reason. If you are receiving our emails and wish to discontinue, please email us at (desaxdoctor@gmail.com) and put the word “REMOVE” in the subject line and we will remove you from our mailing list
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: All payments can be made by Cash, Bank payment, Quickteller transfer or Your Bank APP. We don’t accept Bank Cheque or International Postal Money Order. Special prices or promotions are normally within a given time period. Please do not ask us to honor a special price or promotion after the time limit has expired.

2. Please note all payment/balance should be completed within the period of 32 to 58days after which no payment being made , it will be canceled We refund your payment within 15-20working days.

Shipping & Delivery: If you are sending your instrument for repairs or customizing from far location to us, we use any of the transport company service from your location to ours. Work begins immediately we receive the horn and you have paid the agreed amount to our Bank account.
The Shipping Charges depends on your location. You pay on sending the horn to us and we pay on sending it back to you.
Repairs/Customizing: Before doing any repair/servicing or customizing, the owner of the instrument must present all the particulars/ ownership receipt/invoice for the instrument and pay the agreed amount to our Bank account.
Desaxdoctor reserves the right to change the colors/designs, font/text you choose to alternative ones depending on matters arising or even reject.
Desaxdoctor reserves the right to reject any instrument/horn that has already been badly tampered before bringing it to us.
Desaxdoctor reserves the right to bypass ( in accordance with the professional standard ) any part of your horn that cannot be remedied
Returns & Replacements: There is no refund of payment for any service. You have one week from receipt to test your instrument after customizing/repairs... If you are not satisfied with the instrument contact us within that period and send it back to us for recheck .
Buy/Sales: De Sax_doctor must test n confirmed that the product 100% perfect and working before we sell it out .
WE takes our percentage (10%) in any product we help to sell out for you in our store
Returns/cancellations and after sales policy: We don't accept RETURN of Instrument /refunding of cash ;if it has been opened or tampered on. WE MAY ONLY HELP YOU TO SELL OUT THE INSTRUMENT... This is because the cost of RETURNING THE INSTRUMENT is always higher ...

If we have started any service on your instrument

Training/Workshop: All training will last for the period of 2-3month. The trainee MUST accept the terms and conditions of De SAX_DOCTOR and pay the agreed fee in full before starting/attaining the training.
If there is any service you were unsatisfied , no need to be so worried or post unpleasantly /Criticize DESAXDOCTOR, contact us politely and sort it out amicably and you will be happy....
