Complete/Full service+Full Padding_:Instrument completely disassembled,; Ultrasonic Clean body; Clean key-work; Replace key corks as necessary; Replacement of all pads ; Assemble, oil and regulate key-work; Adjust key alignment; Reduce excessive key play; Adjust spring tensions; Check neck cork and replace if necessary; make the horn more flexible, tone well balanced .

Complete/Full service: Recommended for most instruments as a yearly service.

Play Condition/Tone balancing: entails few adjustment /doing what is necessary to get the horn to play top to bottom.
