Payment, Pricing & Promotions: All payments can be made by Cash, Bank payment, Quickteller transfer. We don’t accept Bank Cheque or International Postal Money Order. Special prices or promotions are normally within a given time period. Please do not ask us to honor a special price or promotion after the time limit has expired.

Shipping & Delivery: If you are sending you instrument for repairs or customizing from far location to us, we use any of the transport company service from your location to ours. Work begins immediately we receive the horn and you have paid the agreed amount to our Bank account.
The Shipping Charges depends on your location. You pay on sending the horn to u and we pay on sending it back to you.
Repairs/Customizing: Before doing any repair/servicing or customizing, the owner of the instrument must present all the particulars/ ownership receipt/invoice for the instrument and pay the agreed amount to our Bank account.
Desaxdoctor reserves the right to change the colors/designs, font/text you choose to alternative ones depending on matters arising or even reject.
Desaxdoctor reserves the right to reject any instrument/horn that has already been badly tampered before bring.
Returns & Replacements: You have one week from receipt to try any item(s) we ship to you. If you decide you do not like the item(s), or you are not satisfied, you may return them as long as you contact us within the one-week trial period. NOTE: We will not refund any price charge if the item(s) in one way or the other have any fault or damage in your hand knowingly or unknowingly. We only correct the fault with no charge(s) if it is within the one-week trial period. Please include your names, shipping address, billing address, telephone number & email address.
Buy/Sales: De Sax_doctor must test n confirmed that the product 100% perfect and working before we sell it out .

Returns/cancellations and after sales policy: If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we don't accept it, no refunding of cash ;as long as it’s opened and in its original packaging is no more or tampered . WE MAY ONLY HELP YOU TO SELL OUT THE INSTRUMENT... This is because the cost of RETURNING THE INSTRUMENT is always higher ...

Training/Workshop: All training will last for the period of 2-3month. The trainee MUST accept the terms and conditions of De SAX_DOCTOR and pay the agreed fee in full before starting/attaining the training.
